Deevious Decadence
Deevious Decadence was a quarterly cabaret and variety show created and hosted by Deevious Silvertongue, co-produced with me at the original Re-bar from 2009 to 2010. Designed with an “Andy Kaufman–esque” spirit of unpredictability, the show mixed live music, stand-up, burlesque, dance, wrestling, and oddball performance art into one intentionally off-kilter night. Each installment played with humor, discomfort, and theatrical mischief—blurring the line between scripted and unhinged to deliver a uniquely chaotic, Re-bar-era brand of entertainment.
