FAQ
Do you work outside the Seattle area?
Yes — I’m available for national and international projects, with travel, lodging, and in-town expenses covered by the client.
What types of events do you produce?
Fashion shows, fundraisers, community programs, artistic showcases, nightlife events, theme parties, brand launches, civic and cultural support events, and private productions.
Are there events you don’t take on?
I typically decline full-scale corporate events and hospitality-only roles (such as purely coordinating catering or service). Weddings are accepted by referral or for clients seeking a fun, low-stress experience.
Do you work with small budgets?
Yes — especially for artists, creatives, nonprofits, and community organizers. I still require fair compensation for my time and labor.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Full-scale productions typically require 6+ months.
Exact timelines depend on scope, readiness, and how far along you already are.
Rush productions are accepted case-by-case at an increased rate.
Do you offer proposals before booking?
Yes. All events begin with a Proposal Review and a complimentary 30–60 minute consultation after you submit an RFP.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Here’s an overview of how I structure events and what you can expect when we work together.
My priority with every new project is making sure we’re aligned on expectations, scope, and outcomes. I use open-source production practices, which means I share tools, processes, and systems throughout the project. If you already use your own systems, I’ll review them so we’re speaking the same language from the start.
How I Work
I use four stages of event production:
Discovery — understanding goals, scope, and constraints
Planning — tools, budgets, timelines, systems
Preproduction — logistics, vendors, staffing, rehearsals
Execution — on-site management and post-event wrap
