How I Work
My goal with every project is clarity, transparency, and shared expectations. I use open-source production practices — meaning I share the tools, systems, and processes I use so you always understand how and why decisions are made.
Four Stages of Production
-
Understanding goals, scope, constraints, needs, and readiness.
-
Description text goes hereBudgets, timelines, systems, tools, communication frameworks, and event structure.
-
Vendor coordination, staffing, rehearsals, layouts, schedules, and operational prep.
-
On-site management, cueing, backstage direction, and post-event wrap.
Timelines & Availability
-
Timelines depend on scope, readiness, venue availability, vendor needs, and marketing requirements.
-
Require 6+ months from consultation to execution.
-
Accepted on a limited basis. Rush projects incur a significantly increased rate due to accelerated timelines and labor intensity.
-
On-site management, cueing, backstage direction, and post-event wrap.
Proposal & Contracting
-
This gives me the information needed to understand your project’s scope, goals, and readiness.
-
I review your RFP and follow up with any questions.
-
A 30–60 minute discussion to align expectations and determine the best production structure.
-
After the consultation, I draft a customized agreement outlining:
Scope
Deliverables
Timeline expectations
Payment terms
Responsibilities
Change-order policy
Cancellation & postponement terms
Rates & Billing
-
20% of total event budget, billed in 3 stages:
Deposit (Contract Signing)
Milestone Payment (Mid-preproduction)
Final Payment (Within 14 days after the event.)
-
Defined at contract signing. Best for smaller events with stable scope.
