I founded Active Entertainment in 2007 as my first major event production company. What began with the inaugural AMDEF Festival grew into a full ecosystem of creative events across Seattle.

Over the next decade, I produced monthly fashion shows, annual festivals, art-walk showcases, variety shows, and other community-focused productions — totaling up to 50 events a year at our peak.

Active Entertainment also gave rise to Chance Fashion, which went on to become the longest-running monthly fashion show in the country and later a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
